Our system utilizes a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption for connection protection and data encryption of files stored on our servers.

Your documents will be transmitted via the most secure means possible.  There is no need to worry about someone opening up an email, receiving a fax or taking delivery of a package of records that was not intended for them. 

The possibility of an accidental disclosure of confidential or protected information is drastically reduced!

Also, the records can be received within seconds, not days, with a higher security level than fax, email or regular mail.  Delivery receipt along with the date, time and the person's information who accessed the file is logged. 

So, do you have a deadline and need to get the files to a contact, associate or satellite office immediately?  FILEPRO's Online Record Transfer System is your solution!  No matter what size the file, it will arrive securely, confidentially and on-time!

If you have the proper equipment, you can upload your files right from your office.  Or if you prefer, we can scan them using our High Speed Production Scanners, when you utilize either our   On-site or Off-site Copy and Distribution Services.

This process consists of a few simple steps:

  1. Request a service call right form your desktop by filling out our online Service Request Form.

  2. Tell us who needs to get the file, when it needs to get there and some information pertaining to the file.

  3. Files are either scanned and uploaded by you or by our trained and professional Copy Service and Distribution Team members.

  4. After the file has been uploaded, an email is sent to the recipient of your file.

  5. The recipient clicks on a link in the email brining them to the Record Management Website Log-In Screen where they would enter in a password predetermined and given to them by you or information regarding the file that only they would know.

  6. After a confirmation is made by our system that the recipient is cleared to access he file, they are brought to the Document Details Screen.

  7. The file is available in Adobe® format.  The end-user can immediately save the file to their workstation or print the records. 

Registered users are offered a host of services to keep tabs on their documents entrusted to our system.  A full historical log of activity can be reviewed at any time, including the time, date and person requesting a file, download and upload histories and access logs along with other tools too numerous to mention!
